About
Michelle is an accredited psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies and IPT UK. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Anglia Ruskin University following training in counselling psychology and social psychology. Since then she has been treating patients within the NHS in 1 to 1 and group settings for adults and adolescents. She is experienced at treating the following:

Michelle's aim is to support clients on their journey to building better self-esteem, subsequently reducing emotional suffering. She has a special interest in working with patients with a history of traumatic experience such as abuse or rape.
Michelle is currently offering online therapy via Skype and Zoom and usually offers face to face sessions in Chelmsford.
